Join Paul Soniat to learn more about the early life of Enrique Alferez including his journey to New Orleans, involvement in City Park and the Botanical Garden as part of the Works Progress Administration of the 30s until his death in 1999.
Members only will receive a link to the Reflections live stream even if they register for in-person attendance. Friends members also have access to the Reflections recordings.
Reflections in the Garden is a monthly "lunch and learn" series presented by the Friends of LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens. The lectures are held on the first Monday of the month at noon at the Botanic Gardens.
Due to COVID-19, Reflections in the Garden is being live-streamed to members of the Friends of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens through Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is now open to members and nonmembers with registration.
