Topic: A Pollinator's Moon Garden

Speaker: Tammany Baumgarten, owner of BaumGardens Landscape and Design

Pollination goes beyond the buzzing of bees and flitting butterflies in warm daytime sunshine. Learn about the creatures that pollinate plants at the periphery, what plants can be used to create a Moon Garden and how these plants use alternative strategies to lure animals to them.

Reflections in the Garden is a monthly "lunch and learn" series presented by the Friends of LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens. The lectures are held on the first Monday of the month at noon at the Botanic Gardens.

Due to COVID-19, Reflections in the Garden is being live-streamed to members of the Friends of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens through Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is now open to members and nonmembers with registration.

All members will receive a link to the Reflections live stream even if they register for in-person attendance. Friends members also have access to the Reflections recordings.
