Topic: Master Plan for Burden Museum & Gardens: Envisioning the Future

Speaker: Suzanne Turner and Associates

Suzanne will explain the process used by the team at Suzanne Turner Associates to identify a concept that can unify the entire property, so that it will become known as two separate but interrelated institutions (Botanic Gardens and Rural Life Museum) with a single focus: nature and culture.

Reflections in the Garden is a monthly "lunch and learn" series presented by the Friends of LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens. The lectures are held on the first Monday of the month at noon at the Botanic Gardens.

Due to COVID-19, Reflections in the Garden is being live-streamed to members of the Friends of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens through Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is now open to members and nonmembers with registration.

All members will receive a link to the Reflections live stream even if they register for in-person attendance. Friends members also have access to the Reflections recordings.
