"Mycology for the Curious Naturalist and Foodie"
Speaker: Jen and Chuck Oliver, Baton Rouge Mycological Society
Jen and Chuck will explore the many forms of mushrooms and delicious mushroom recipes they have discovered for fungus-loving foodies. Mushrooms from forest to fork for any occasion. They will share samples of some of their recipes. There will be lots to learn from them.
Reflections in the Garden is a monthly "lunch and learn" series presented by the Friends of LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens. The lectures are held on the first Monday of the month at noon at the Botanic Gardens.
Due to COVID-19, Reflections in the Garden is being live-streamed to members of the Friends of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens through Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is now open to members and nonmembers with registration.
All members will receive a link to the Reflections live stream even if they register for in-person attendance. Friends members also have access to the Reflections recordings.
