"Bees and Pollination"

Speaker: Kevin Langley, Louisiana Beekeepers Association

More than ever before, we need to recognize the importance of bees to nature and to our lives, and we need to turn that into action to ensure they don't just survive but thrive.  Maintaining our native flora also depends on healthy pollinator populations. One of the most important ways you can help pollinators is by provisioning your yard with plants that provide pollen and nectar.

Reflections in the Garden is a monthly "lunch and learn" series presented by the Friends of LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens. The lectures are generally held on the first Monday of the month at noon at the Botanic Gardens.

Reflections in the Garden is being live-streamed to members of the Friends of the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens through Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is now open to members and nonmembers with registration.
